The staff was kind and helpful. We had a remote that was not working and he gave us a replacement and it didn’t work, after he came down to our room with another to make sure it worked.

Front staff was friendly and wonderful. Wish I would be able to remember his name. Place was clean. They accept pets and put me close to areas to let them go to the bathroom

We had a handicapped accessible room and it met all of my wife's needs. Handicapped parking was available just outside the room. Most places drop the ball where accommodations for the disabled are concerned. Its not really that hard to get it right. These accommodations got it right. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We make this trip twice a year and will likely stop here in the future..
